1. Services

Mobile Fix Near Me provides on-site and mobile device repair services including, but not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, camera repair, and software troubleshooting for smartphones and tablets in Brockville and Eastern Ontario.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including cases where the device has been previously tampered with, is water-damaged beyond repair, or poses a safety risk.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings are confirmed via email or WhatsApp after submission.
• Please be available at the agreed time and location for your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. No Fix, No Fee Policy

We offer a free diagnosis on all devices. If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. However, if parts have been ordered or installed at your request prior to diagnosis completion, applicable parts costs may apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the device.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before any repair work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Warranty

All repairs carried out by Mobile Fix Near Me come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage occurring after the repair (drops, cracks, liquid damage)
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs after our service
• Software issues caused by user actions (factory resets, updates, etc.)

6. Data & Device Responsibility

Back up your data before any repair. While we take every precaution to protect your device and data, Mobile Fix Near Me is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

By handing over your device, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have authorization to have the device repaired.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Costs of procuring substitute goods or services
• Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobile Fix Near Me, its owner, technicians, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any misrepresentation made by you, including misrepresentation of device ownership or authorization; or (d) any claim that your device had pre-existing damage prior to submission for repair.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
