A broken phone in Perth should not cost you a day

Perth sits on the Tay River about seventy kilometres by road to the northwest of our base in Brockville. We come up County Road 29 through Toledo, cut across at Smiths Falls, then run west on County Road 43, which is a little over an hour when the roads are clear. That drive is our problem, not yours. You stay where you are, whether that is a kitchen table on Drummond Street West, an office off Gore Street, or a job site out on Christie Lake Road, and we arrive with the parts and the tools already in the van.

Perth is not short of options. There are repair counters in town and people here who know their way around a laptop. What a counter cannot do is come to you, and it needs you there inside its opening hours. If your screen goes at seven on a Saturday evening, or your shift at the hospital ends after everything on Gore Street has shut, that model does not help you.
