Screen replacement starts with the exact iPhone model
An iPhone model name, including Pro, Plus or Max where applicable, helps identify the correct display. If the phone is usable, check Settings, General, About. Otherwise use the original packaging or describe the model you know. Do not send your passcode, Apple Account password or private notifications.
A photo helps us prepare; it is not a complete diagnosis. We assess the display, touch response and visible damage before explaining the repair options. Checks before replacing a screen
For an unbroken screen with intermittent touch problems, Apple recommends restarting the phone, keeping the screen clean and dry, and disconnecting accessories to see whether they affect touch. Do not peel accessories from shattered glass or keep testing a device that is hot, swollen or wet.
A phone that rings with a black display may have a display fault, but power, connections or other damage can also need assessment. Screen replacement is not a guarantee of data recovery. Back up your phone first if it is working, and tell us if recovering photos or files is your priority.
